1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PromptGen Android application ("app", "service"), developed and operated by Sabbir Hosen ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using PromptGen, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

PromptGen provides a browsable library of AI prompts organized by category, along with search, favourites, a daily featured prompt, and the ability to request new prompts. The app displays prompt text for you to copy and use with third-party AI tools of your choosing — PromptGen does not generate images or run any AI model itself.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PromptGen. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Content & intellectual property

All prompts, text, graphics, logos, and the overall design of the app are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may copy and use individual prompt text for your own personal or commercial creative work. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell the app itself or its underlying source code.
• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-extract the prompt library for use in a competing product.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices from the app.

If you submit a prompt request or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish it within the app for the purpose of reviewing and potentially adding it to the library.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our servers, backend API, or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except as permitted by law.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the app or its API without our prior written consent.

6. Advertising

PromptGen is free to use and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners (including Meta Audience Network). By using the app, you agree to the display of banner and rewarded video ads as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party links & tools

The app may link out to third-party websites or services (for example, to open a prompt in an external AI tool, or to our social media pages). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

PromptGen is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prompt will produce a specific result when used with a third-party AI tool.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the app, or your access to it, at any time, with or without notice, including for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11. Changes to the app or terms

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local law, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your jurisdiction.
